Please note:
Our laser pointers contain the important IR
filter. Some sellers are offering cheap lower
powered laser pointers which do not have the IR
filter. This enables them to burn more easily
but will cause damage to your eyes as the
invisible rays are not blocked and bounce off
walls and you are really buying a laser pointer
with less than half the power.

though the bright light of overhead
projections and PowerPoint presentations. At
night, you can see the whole beam, making this

| Important
safety information |

| Class
3B lasers may have an output power of up to
500 mW (half a watt). Class 3B lasers may have
sufficient power to cause an eye injury, both
from the direct beam and from reflections. The
higher the output power of the device the
greater the risk of injury. Class 3B lasers
are therefore considered hazardous to the eye.
However, the extent and severity of any eye
injury arising from an exposure to the laser
beam of a Class 3B laser will depend upon
several factors including the radiant power
entering the eye and the duration of the
exposure. NEVER point a laser pointer into the
eye otherwise irreversible damage will occur
and NEVER allow children to use any laser
pointer. |

How can you
be sure the laser you are buying has the
correct power output?
Quite
simply we test each and every laser pointer
before it is shipped to you with our state of
the art optical power meter from Thorlabs
pictured below. The PM121 enables us to
measure the precise output power of every
laser pointer we supply and guarantee the
power before it is shipped! If you are calling
to collect the laser, we will demonstrate the
equipment for you to see. |
